Quotes provided online or by SMS are estimates and may vary after inspection of your vehicle, tire size/availability, or parts. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or Services at any time.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deals Tires and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to us for the service at issue, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Deals Tires harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal law. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction for any permitted court action shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
